HOW THE
COMPETITION WORKS
When called to compete, bartenders will:
1. Step behind the bar and confirm all equipment is present.
2. Set up your station with tools and glassware.
3. Raise your hands for the countdown: 3, 2, 1, GO!
4. Pull your ticket and make a four-drink round. (Visit the cocktails page to see which drinks may show up on your ticket).
5. Raise your hands again when your round is complete.
6. A judge will assess any penalties and add them to your time. The competitor with the lowest total time wins. See Official Rules for more details.
What DO I Win?
The winner of every competition across the country will join an unforgettable trip to the vibrant city of New Orleans and the brand home of Tabasco, Avery Island, courtesy of Tales of the Cocktail Foundation.
On the trip, winners will enjoy a traditional Cajun crawfish boil, hear amazing music, visit Tabasco’s pepper fields, and enjoy delicious Absolut Tabasco spicy cocktails along the way.
